"Live kinetic sound performances will be coming to the Village Underground in Shoreditch this Sunday 28th and Monday 29th October. The show is put on by the same people behind the Kinetica Art Fair and will feature work from Ray Lee, along with Stuart Warren-Hill and Ivan Black in bespoke performances designed specifically for the space.
Ray Lee will use giant robots to play two giant theremins, augmenting this with his Siren sound sculptures which whizz around on metal tripods with spinning arms, emitting a droning electronic composition. Stuart Warren Hill (Hexstatic) and Ivan Black will use Black’s sculptures and levitate them on the audience’s heads using a Hologauze screen and 3D tech, which the audience witness through stereoscopic glasses."
